1. The Golden Rule
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene/safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference or “change of mind.”
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered:

Report within 30 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the item and the shipping box.

Contact support first—do not ship anything back without approval. We often resolve issues with a free replacement or instant refund without requiring a return.
3. Shipping Issues

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for the contiguous US (excludes HI, AK, PR, GU).

Address Errors: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $10 re-shipping fee applies.

Refused Packages: Refusing delivery for non-quality reasons will incur a 20% restocking fee.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
