All returns must start within 30 days of delivery. Inspect your order right away.

Package damaged? Take clear photos before opening — needed for carrier claims.

For quality issues, shipping damage, or change of mind (minor cases):

We may:

  • Issue instant refund without return
  • Send replacement parts
  • Provide a prepaid label if needed

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back at your cost.

Refund Details

  • All refunds go to your original payment method.
  • No store credit. Full cash refund only.
  • Refund = item price paid. Original shipping not refunded.

  • Used items that affect resale (except proven defects)
