30-Day Return Window
All returns must start within 30 days of delivery. Inspect your order right away.
Package damaged? Take clear photos before opening — needed for carrier claims.

We accept returns for any reason. Here’s what you get:

For quality issues, shipping damage, or change of mind (minor cases):
→ Contact support first. Do NOT ship without approval.
We may:
- Issue instant refund without return
- Send replacement parts
- Provide a prepaid label if needed
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back at your cost.
Refund Details
- All refunds go to your original payment method.
- No store credit. Full cash refund only.
- Refund = item price paid. Original shipping not refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
These are final sale:
- Consumables (lubricants, cleaners, health & beauty products)
- Special order or custom items
- Used items that affect resale (except proven defects)
