1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for any products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for personal preference or “change of mind” once the product packaging has been opened.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered:

  • Report Time: Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Provide clear photos of the item and the shipping box.

  • Process: Contact support first—do not ship anything back without prior approval. We often resolve issues with a free replacement or instant refund without requiring a physical return.

3. Shipping Issues & Fees

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for the contiguous United States (excludes HI, AK, PR, GU).

  • Address Errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply.

  • Refused Packages: Refusing delivery for non-quality reasons will incur a 20% restocking fee.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
