How do you guarantee absolute discretion with my order?

We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The shipping label will list the sender as a neutral entity (e.g., "[Your Company Name LLC]" or "Fulfillment Center") and will not reference the product contents or the nature of our business.

What are your shipping times and costs?

Our shipping options are as follows:

* Economy Shipping: FREE on orders over $79, estimated 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This excludes International orders and US orders to HI, AK, PR, & GU.

* Standard: $6.99, estimated 2 to 5 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

* Expedited: $9.99, estimated 1 to 3 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a full resolution.

Are your products body-safe? What materials do you use?

Yes, absolutely. We only use non-porous, premium body-safe materials. Our most common materials are 100% Medical-Grade Silicone and ABS Plastic. All materials are guaranteed to be Phthalate-Free, Latex-Free, and safe for skin contact, meeting [EU/US/local safety standards].

How should I clean and care for my products?

Always clean your product before and after each use. We strongly recommend using a dedicated toy cleaner or mild, antibacterial soap and warm water. Do not use cleaners containing alcohol, petrolatum, or acetone, as these can damage silicone.

Are your electronic products waterproof?

The water rating varies by product. Check the product description for the IPX rating. Products marked IPX7 are fully submersible and safe for bath/shower use. Products marked splash-proof should only be wiped clean, not submerged.
